SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, regardless of where you live. We always use the most economical and fastest shipping routes to keep costs low and deliver your order as quickly as possible.

The delivery time for orders is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, packaging, and quality control are performed before all orders are sent to the manufacturer for shipping. Manufacturers typically process orders within 3 business days.


Shipping time: this is the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to their destination. Orders in the United States, after being processed and leaving the warehouse, usually take between 6 and 9 business days to reach their destination, but sometimes it can take longer. International deliveries usually take between 9 and 11 business days.

We will always keep you updated on the status of your order so you never have to worry!

 


For pre-ordered or out-of-stock items


If your order contains a pre-ordered or out-of-stock item, we will ship the available items immediately and ship the pre-ordered or out-of-stock items as soon as they become available.

If you have ordered multiple items in a single order and have only received part of your order, don't worry, you will receive the remaining items shortly.

 

Warning regarding incorrect addresses

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, so there is always a small margin for correcting an incorrect delivery address.

 


Lost/stolen packages


Lumy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report this to the carrier associated with the information provided to you on the tracking page.
